Cameragrip offer a variety of shipping options so you can choose the option that best suits your requirements and the speed in which you require your order. Please note certain shipping options are only available for certain items so, depending upon the size and weight of your order, the website will offer you the shipping options you have available to choose from.
UK Shipping Options
Standard Post - This option usually takes 1-4 working days and is only available on small items
Standard Signed For Delivery - This option usually takes 1-3 working days and is only available on small items
Signed Courier Delivery - This option is usually next working day and is available on all items
Please note all shipping time frames are estimates and working days are classed as Monday - Friday.
International Shipping Options
Standard Airmail Post - This option usually takes 1-30 working days dependant upon the location and does not provide the customer with any online tracking facility.
Signed Courier Delivery - This option usually takes 1-8 working days dependent upon the location and offers full online tracking.
Please note all shipping time frames are estimates, that working days are classed as Monday - Friday and all courier delivered items will require a signature and cannot be sent to a PO Box address. For all orders sent to Russia we must, by the requirement of Russian import and customs, supply information detailing if the address is a private or a business address and we must also supply your passport number so please add this information to the shipping notes upon checkout.
Cameragrip will usually process and dispatch all orders received before 2.30pm on the day they are received and orders received after 2.30pm will continue to be dispatched if possible, but it will be dependent upon the amount of orders already in the system as to whether they do indeed ship on that day or whether they are sent on the following working day. Any orders received after 4pm will ship the following working day. Please note that although we will make every effort to dispatch your order on the day, there are occasions when dispatch can take longer so if you need an item urgently please call us prior to ordering for further information.
Cameragrip try to ensure at all times that the products available on the website are in stock, but as a company we do sell through many different channels (including over the phone and direct at our premises) as well as operating across different sites so a small possibility of an item being temporarily out of stock or needing to be transferred between sites does exist. If this is the case we will make every effort to contact you and inform you when delivery is likely to occur.
Cameragrip do not take responsibility for any delays which may occur after dispatch due to the courier or postal service being used, as this is not within our direct control. Cameragrip will also not be held accountable for any deliveries which need re-delivering or collecting from a courier depot due to no person being available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
