Personal Data

We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read this, as it includes important terms which apply to you.

Descriptions and Product Information

All products displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only and available only whilst stocks last. Although we have made every effort to reflect product colours as accurately as possible, we are unable to guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the true colour of the products.

All photos, descriptive matter, specifications, drawings and advertising issued on this website are published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them and they will not form part of the contract with you.

Purchasing Products

You can purchase our products through our online checkout process or by telephone.

Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us through our website. Our order process allows you to check and amend your order before submitting it to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the process.

After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted by us and we reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we dispatch your order.

If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you by phone or email.

For items listed as available for Pre-Order, these will be supplied as soon as they are available, along with any other items on that order, and the website will display an estimated date for which we expect the stock to become available and for orders to start shipping on a first ordered, first fulfilled basis. The pre-order availability date is an estimated date and could be subject to change. If you have an order placed with us and the dispatch date alters significantly we will do our best to inform you at that time.

Product Prices

The prices displayed on this international site are quoted in GB Pound Sterling. Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.

Prices are quoted showing both excluding and including VAT (20% UK Tax) prices. If the order is shipped to a United Kingdom (UK) address you will be charged the including VAT price, whereas all other countries will be charged the excluding VAT price.

Products that are sent outside of the United Kingdom (UK) may then be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for paying any such local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, as these are not included in the price of the products. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced directly to you from the courier or an import broker. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to placing your order.

All prices for our products exclude postage and packaging, which will be charged at the rates advised to you during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

Despite our best efforts, it is possible that some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will contact you to let you know. You then have the option of continuing with the purchase at the correct price or to cancel the order. We will not dispatch your order until we have your instructions. If we haven’t been able to contact you using the details you provided during the order process, then we will treat the order as cancelled and let you know in writing.

Your payment shall not be deemed to have been received by us until we have received payment in cleared funds.

If you exercise a right to cancel your order but the products have already been dispatched, please follow the Returns Procedure set out below.

How to Pay

You can only pay for products using a debit card, credit card or PayPal.

Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges will be taken at the time of ordering.

Telephone Sales

You can order from us by telephone if based within the United Kingdom (UK) through our telephone sales office on 0115 858 6775. Please note that all telephone sales order must be sent to the card registered address.

Shipping & Delivery

We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your products within the periods set out in our Shipping area. However, delivery times are subject to stock availability, and to possible delays due to credit card authorisation, compliance with customs controls and other factors outside our control. We will advise you as soon as practicable if there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products. Please note that delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.

We can only ship to countries featured in the shipping list on our checkout page. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

If an incorrect destination country is selected during the checkout process, or the address entered doesn’t correspond to the country selected, we will cancel your order and notify you by e-mail. In the interest of security, we reserve the right to dispatch the product(s) purchased on this site to the billing address belonging to the credit card used as payment and not to the nominated delivery address supplied by you.

You will need to ensure somebody is available to sign for receipt of the products at the delivery address. If there is nobody at the delivery address to take delivery and sign for the products, you can contact the courier to arrange a new delivery time. We cannot be responsible for any delivery problems arising from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you.

Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the products to the address detailed in your order and the products will be your responsibility from that time. You own the products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. If you prevent delivery of the products by, for example, failing to supply the courier or your local customs, tax office with necessary information or documentation, or failing to pay local customs, taxes or courier’s administration fees so your package is returned to Cameragrip, any resulting return postage or courier’s administration fees incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to you in respect of that order.

We will refund or exchange (where stock is available) any unopened/unused products at any time during the period from our dispatch confirmation to the end of 14 days after the day on which you receive the products.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Right to Cancel

If you cancel your order from us within this period by returning the products, we will refund you the price you paid for the products provided they are in their original condition.

However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted at our premises.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible after you have cancelled your order if the product has not been dispatched.

If a Product has been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your order, you must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after receipt. Information about how to return products is set out below.

If you have returned the products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges if they are indeed faulty or mis-described. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described, and these legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in these terms. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office
